We greatly enjoyed the queen room we had. It was spotless with amazing beds and a spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for St Ives, just off the beach, near the harbour, and close to the town center and the train station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location up a fairly steep hill was a bit challenging, but it was worth it for the breathtaking views. The service and housekeeping were impeccable, making me feel like I was truly being taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with an ironing facility, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. I loved the sitting area and the terrace, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while admiring the stunning surroundings. The free toiletries provided added a luxurious touch to my stay. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort and coziness of the room. The dining experience was excellent, with the staff being attentive and the food being delicious. The hotel also had leisure facilities such as beach access and a TV room, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the off-site car park was convenient for those with vehicles. I highly recommend staying here for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I recently stayed at a lovely bed and breakfast in St Ives and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bed linen. The shower was powerful and refreshing. The breakfasts were delicious, with a different special each day. The hosts were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even had little touches like chocolates in the room and homemade cakes in the lounge. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the room was clean and comfortable with extra touches like fluffy towels, biscuits, and binoculars to enjoy the sea view. the breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruit, yogurt, and a full English. the hosts were warm and welcoming, even providing great local recommendations and DVD's to borrow.

The parking situation was a bit limited and required some maneuvering to fit in the designated space.

The staff was friendly and great. The location was fab and excellent, just minutes away from the train station and about 5 mins walk from Harbour Beach. The room was reasonably spacious and had a shower.

The continental breakfast is a feast. The location of the venue is perfect and exceptionally nice, close to beaches and amenities, local pubs and restaurants and still very quiet. Moreover, it's just a pleasant stroll away from a sand beach.
